We are in NEED of the following BOARD members;

* Treasurer: Compile / submit all financial info for the assoc. Handle deposits & co-sign cheques.

* Player Evaluation Coordinator: Coordinate / set up evaluation nights. Ensure floor is booked. Set up equipment and evaluators.

* Tournament Coordinator: Coordinate tournament(s). Recruit support personnel.

* Provincial Tournament Coordinator: Coordinate tournament. Recruit support personnel.

* Coach Liason: Discuss any coaching issues, that may arise, with Executives.

* Fundraising Coordinator: Organize/ coordinate fundraising events.

* Media Coordinator: Ensure all media requests are completed with Executives approval.

* Promotional Products Coordinator: Coordinate/ consult with Executive on promotional items.

* Camps Coordinator: Coordinate annual players instructional camps.

* Winter Play Coordinator: Initiate and organize a winter program.

We have uploaded the new 2011 Registration Form on the site so if anyone would like to pre-register and avoid any last minute rush or oversights you can fill it out and mail into Lloyd Lacrosse to the address listed on the bottom of the form.

Practice: Short bursts of running, rather than laps. Practice running forward, backward, and side shuffles. Lots of quick footwork.

STICKWORK ... Control, protect the ball, confidence.

Practice: Passing, catching, cradling, dekeing, bump and roll, guard the ball.

SHOOTING ... Accuracy, Quickness,

Practice:  Shooting from your "proper" shooting hand side; Quick pass - quick stick shot;  Shots and passes on target on wall.
